 -- REBECCA GRACE WALBRIDGE --

Baptism --  May 31, 2015

Sarah  --  Godmother Sussette  --  Mother Jessica --  Godfather Patrick

Our prayers go out for Rebecca's Father, Jason, who passed away unexpectedly a few months ago.  R.I.P. Jason

Rebecca's Baptism took place during Sunday's Mass. Below are Deacon Paul and Father Jon.

During the Catholic Mass we believe the Eucharist by Transubstantiation**  is the most Holy and Sacred moment. The Eucharist gives us "Grace" and strength to do better in our lives.

  1. **Transubstantiation is the change whereby, according to the teaching of the Catholic Church, the bread and the wine used in the sacrament of the Eucharist become, not merely a sign or a figure, but also in actual reality the body and blood of Christ.  AND in more detail --  the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ.

Receiving and Consuming the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ.

As an additional bonus, this Mass celebrated the five high school graduates from the mission.  Lucas, the oldest Walbridge had this blessing at the same Mass as Rebecca, the youngest Walbridge, was Baptized.
